How Much Am I Paying For TAGETS?
   
  The startup fee is $99.95 U.S. Currency. After that there is a monthly fee depending upon how many items you want to sell and a small fee for bandwidth.

I am going to release music that will sell a lot! Can TAGETS handle the business?
   
  TAGETS is a robust system designed for the sales of major artists and can handle a significant amount of traffic and load.
   
   
How does the bandwidth fee work ?
   
 

The additional bandwidth fees are outlined on the home page and products page of TAGETS. It is labeled “Cost for Bandwidth.” Each plan comes with a free amount of bandwidth. Any overage will be charged per gigabyte (1 gigabyte = 1000 megabytes).

For instance, if you sign up for the ALBUM plan, you will receive 1GB (1000MB) of bandwidth free and additional bandwidth will cost $10 US per GB. So, if your song is 3MB, you will be able to sell approximately 333 songs before using your free bandwidth. If you go over the 1GB, you will have to pay $10 for every 333 songs sold (approximately). Any example files you out in your store for users to listen to will be applied to your bandwidth as well. You don’t have to have these if you elect not to.

Bandwidth is prorated and you only pay for what you use.

You can track bandwidth usage in real time in your administration counsel.
   
   
Does Tagets have and gain any copyright interest in any of the songs?
   
  No. TAGETS is a sales/delivery system for you to sell your music. We do not gain any copyright interest in your music.
   
   
I notice singles are at $0.99, can I change that?
   
  Yes, TAGETS allows you to set all your own pricing for everything.
   
   
PayPal charges 2.9% plus 30 cents on each transaction, can I lower that cost?
   
  No. We do not have control over charges from gateways such as PayPal or merchant credit account. You can group multiple items into a package to limit the impact of the transaction charges.
   
   
Can users have customized colors and the arrangement of the music store other than the black and green store you show in your demo?
   
  Yes, you have full control over all colors and images within your store.
   
   
Does TAGETS offer any special encoding which prevents music from easily being copied and sent all over the internet via traditional services like kazaa ?
   
  TAGETS allows you to sell any type of encoded music such as MP3, AAC or WMV. If you encode using any DRM (Digital Rights Management), you can sell those songs from our system. DRM is the process by which you limit a user's ability to share music. We currently do not have any partnerships with DRM companies, so you are free to use anyone.

Since there is no DRM standard, using DRM has the potential to cause problems on some computers and can create a support nightmare with users trying to listen to your music. Also, all DRM can be circumvented allowing your music to be shared anyway's.
